Position: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide companionship, assistance, and make a positive impact in the lives of our elderly clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a genuine love for older people, and a commitment to their well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our elderly clients.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.

We offer competitive compensation - up to $37.14 p/h with 96c per/km, a supportive and friendly work environment, opportunities for professional development, flexible hours that suit your schedule, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Availability between Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work on a Permanent Part Time basis.
