Job Title: Cage Cashier

Cash handling, customer service and a focus on accuracy are essential for this role.

  • Count, cash and balance chips, cash, cheques, foreign currency and petty cash.
  • Process customer and gaming machine pay-outs.
  • Ensure the correct usage of Cashless Gaming products and EFTPOS.
  • Issue cheques and accurately check transfers, floats, and outlet revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous banking or cash handling experience is highly desirable.
  • High level of analytical and numerical skills.
