Job Description

The role of Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality customer service to Defence, Defence Industry and other Government Agencies.

This position involves processing and transacting security clearance related products, working collaboratively within a diverse team and work environment, and ongoing engagement with on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain customer service skills, systems and product knowledge.
