Employee Engagement Specialist Role

Promote an engaged, connected, and successful community of professionals within the APAC region by playing a vital role as an Employee Engagement Specialist.

This is an opportunity to work with a global leader in corporate risk management, supporting professionals with career development opportunities, connectivity, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps and needs through outreach, implementing action plans and future-forward initiatives, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve these goals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a demonstrated interest in people matters including wellbeing, professional development, training, and team-building. They will also have strong problem resolution skills, client orientation, attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping.

  • Represent core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Engage with professionals based in the APAC region to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps/needs identified through outreach, and implement action plans and proactive initiatives.
  • Document details of engagement with each professional for data analysis and identification of best practices.
