Job Summary

The Embedded Employee Engagement Specialist will proactively engage with security and risk management professionals in the APAC region, promoting a connected and successful community.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Essential Functions:
  • Represent our core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Proactively engage with professionals based in the APAC region, assessing their needs and providing support where required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps/needs through outreach and implement remedial action and forward-thinking initiatives.
  • Document engagement details with each professional for data analysis and identification of best practices.
  • Respond to communication initiated by professionals and follow up on their questions in a timely manner.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and two to three years of client- and service-oriented work experience are required. We value diversity and seek candidates from diverse backgrounds.
