The Medical Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the company's mission forward by facilitating exceptional medical education experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute all medical education events across Australia and New Zealand, encompassing local workshops to inter-regional programs.
  • Manage event registrations, promotional materials, website content, and event reporting through platforms like CVENT.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of on-site event activities while traveling approximately 20% of the time.
  • Prepare and manage event documentation to meet global compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems such as Medispend and support internal and external audits.
  • Process and reconcile event-related expenses via Concur.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and handle accruals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confident working with systems like CVENT, Concur, and Medispend (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort working with data and reporting.
  • Qualification in business administration or event management is ideal.
