About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at yourtown. As a key player in facilitating successful business change initiatives, you will help to define business problems and solutions via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a multi-disciplinary project team to understand, map, validate, and document business requirements including modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support business transformation and help to establish change by collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics.
  • Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and meet the requirements of the position and all performance expectations including maintaining currency of knowledge regarding relevant legislation, professional practice, and emerging trends.
  • Participate in other duties and cross-functional teams as may be required to achieve efficient and effective yourtown services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an area such as business, finance, or information technology.
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organising, and managing resources.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Project Management software.
  • Knowledge and some experience of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, CMI, LEAN).
