Senior Digital Performance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Digital Performance Manager to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and UX teams. This role will drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the CRO and UX teams, fostering innovation and improvement
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies, personalisation initiatives, and optimisation techniques across digital marketing channels
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously using agile methodologies
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimise customer journeys and increase conversion rates
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating team progress and achievements
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably in a highly regulated industry
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of CRO, digital personalisation, customer journey mapping, UX, data analytics, and current digital trends
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web design standards, usability, accessibility, and rich media
  • Hands-on experience with website and analytics tools (GA4, Crazy Egg, Site Improve) and Digital Experience Platforms (Optimizely or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
