Job Summary:

This is an ideal position for someone who has experience in leading teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community. As Centre Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, families, and educators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team to cultivate a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure the centre operates in full compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging and inclusive educational programs that promote each child's development and wellbeing.
  • Foster strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, team members, and the wider community.
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and Child Safe Standards applicable to Victorian early childhood services.
