Job Summary:

M&T Resources is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the design and execution of change management strategies to support successful change adoption across a set of cyber security uplift projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and execution of change management strategies to support successful change adoption across a set of cyber security uplift projects.

* Engage with project leads and managers to assess the impact of change on stakeholders and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

* Facilitate workshops and meetings to inform and listen to stakeholders, assess their change readiness and respond appropriately to address any identified risks.

Requirements:

* Recognised professional certification in change management, such as Prosci, APMG or equivalent to the practitioner level.

* Demonstrated experience leading complex change initiatives in highly regulated environments and be able to provide detailed examples of experience managing large-scale change efforts.

* Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and communications in multi-stream programs.

Note:

* An NV1 security clearance or higher is highly regarded.
