Job Summary:

This is a key position in our organization, focusing on providing expert guidance and representation for individuals and corporate clients navigating the complexities of immigration law.

As a migration expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcome by developing and executing comprehensive immigration strategies. You will manage client casework, deliver high-quality representation to relevant authorities, prepare and lodge visa applications, handle appeals, and manage all migration work with competence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients.
  • Manage client casework, providing exceptional representation to relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and lodge visa applications, handle appeals, and oversee all migration work with expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and authorities, driving business growth and enhancing our reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date on migration law, policy, and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualified regulatory advisor with current registration, at least 1 year of experience in immigration law.
  • Proven expertise across various visa subclasses and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal process.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

This role is based in Adelaide, with a national scope, assisting customers and staff with their inquiries in other locations.
