About the Role

The Workplace Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our office.

This position requires an individual who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring it remains inclusive, sustainable, and dynamic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless connection between the employee experience and the work environment.

A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required to excel in this role.

In-person attendance at the office 5 days per week is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and productive workspace for employees.
  • Develop a strategic approach to workplace operations that considers diversity, international audiences, and accessibility.
  • Support regional customization of workplace programs, including employee benefits.
  • Oversee all aspects of in-office catering, food deliveries, and supplies.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the office space and equipment.
  • Manage tickets to resolve building maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and internal partners.
  • Update floor plans and seating charts accurately.
  • Ensure smooth room and desk scheduling through booking platforms.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of office coordination or a similar role; experience in a technology or startup environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and creative skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and general office maintenance is a plus.
