Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Administrator to join our procurement team in Perth. The successful candidate will support the team with data entry, administrative responsibilities, and assist with sourcing vendors.

  • Support the procurement manager with low-value purchase orders.
  • Manage and maintain the Felix Supply Chain Platform.
  • Assist with sourcing vendors for sites and products.
  • Liaise with site teams and external vendors for projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Develop a working knowledge of other platforms within procurement.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, experience in MS Word and Excel, and strong organisational and time management skills.
