We are seeking a passionate professional to fill a role as a Job Coach. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them achieve their employment goals and find meaningful and sustainable work.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting individuals with identifying their strengths and areas for development, linking them with activities that enhance their skillset, and utilizing your influencing skills to connect them with employers and build relationships that lead to successful job placements.
- You will be working with customers to understand their goals and provide them with the support they need to succeed in the job market.
- You will be responsible for showcasing your customer service and influencing skills, demonstrating your passion for helping others, and working for global leaders in Employment Services.
- You should possess a solutions-focused mindset, be self-confident and motivated, have strong organisational and administration skills, and be resilient, empathetic, and a team player.
- You should also have a current driver license, the ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card, and a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
