We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of an Employment Consultant. In this capacity, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions, empowering individuals to transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and secure job openings with local employers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  2. Support participants in identifying their skills and becoming job-ready, providing personalized guidance and resources.
  3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Enhance employability through targeted training and support referrals, promoting career growth and development.
  5. Develop customized job plans for employment pathways, taking into account individual needs and goals.
  6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups, cultivating a network of opportunities and resources.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment that requires excellent communication skills and adaptability. Experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous, but not essential.

Candidate Suitability
  • A current driver's license and insured vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
