Job Overview

This role involves leading the design process for end-to-end products to enhance customer experience in discovering and booking their dream holidays. The successful candidate will oversee multiple channels, streamline complex problems, and bring creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Simplify complex problems into holistic solutions that consider both customer and business needs.
  • Plan and manage multiple streams of work; conduct user research and testing; foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Seek to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into user-friendly solutions.
  • Generate wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes that will be tested, validated and iterated upon.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and iterate from feedback.
  • Validate and enhance designs iteratively through customer testing.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in user-centered product design with a proven track record leading end-to-end design for complex digital products.
  • Expertise in Figma with deep knowledge of prototyping and design systems.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams (product managers and engineers).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and attention to detail for handovers to engineering.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, juggling priorities to meet tight deadlines.
