Job Opportunity: Clinical Lead in Occupational Therapy

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior clinician to lead our occupational therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead therapists across diverse clinical caseloads and provide direction to the occupational therapy team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of our graduate program for developing future clinicians.
  • Conduct complex assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized care plans for children and adults with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with families, health professionals, and service providers to coordinate holistic care approaches.
  • Assess and prescribe assistive technology and home modifications that support clients' safety and independence.
  • Engage in service development, clinical governance, and process improvement initiatives guided by data and best-practice standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience working as a senior clinician.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan.
  • Significant experience within NDIS, LSA, and DHS funding models.
