As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Delivering evidence-based clinical activities and collaborating with patients, their family/carers, is key to this role.
- Providing clinical leadership and expertise to enhance patients' psychological well-being.
- Undertaking individual caseloads including specialised and complex issues commensurate with Senior Clinical Psychology responsibilities.
Key areas include:
- The delivery of complex and comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and liaison with other service providers.
- Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the development of service aims and objectives, research, and evaluation.
- Expertise in delivering evidence-based clinical activities, including complex mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and sharing psychological expertise within mental health care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Registration as a Psychologist with the relevant professional body.
