Hudson Australia is seeking a Senior Safety Operations Lead to lead the formulation of innovative solutions for infrastructure safety related services. This role involves providing strategic advice and reporting to the division executive, senior management, and departmental stakeholders across a range of infrastructure safety issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams involved in high-level analysis, design, review, and implementation of infrastructure safety-related systems, policies, projects, and programs of work.
  • Provide high-level safety advice to division management, senior executives, Regional Directors, and Principals on a broad range of issues.
  • Analyze safety trends and develop proactive safety awareness material in conjunction with relevant business units.
About the Role:

This hourly rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. The Brisbane CBD location offers flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in leading teams and providing strategic advice on infrastructure safety issues.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
