Job Title: Technical Sales Manager Fall Protection Systems

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical sales professional to join our team in East Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling fall protection systems to main contractors and end-users, with a focus on achieving approximately £70k per month in sales revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction sales, particularly in the field of fall protection or roofing, and will possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also have the ability to work at height and maintain CRM systems.

The role will involve working closely with internal sales support and the General Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain relationships with clients. We offer a competitive salary package, including a bonus scheme, and comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical field sales of fall protection systems
  • Selling to main contractors such as Robert McAlpine and end-users
  • Managing average order values from £5k to £100k
  • Maintaining CRM systems

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in construction sales (product open)
  • Site sales experience
  • Ability to work at height
  • Good communication and organizational skills
