The Integration Solutions Developer will design, develop, and support integration solutions for our GYG Enterprise systems, primarily focusing on Workday HCM and its connections to other platforms like time and attendance, payroll, and recruitment.
This role requires expertise in technology integration, application architectures, best practices, frameworks, and data transformation. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions
- Identifying areas for innovation within the technology integration stack
- Following the latest integration tool updates, including Workday Studio
- Assessing the feasibility of proposed integration solutions and recommending the best option
- Authoring technical specifications for integrations
- Maintaining integration/data architecture documentation
- Developing custom integrations using various integration tools
- Evaluating the reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions using logged metrics
- Managing integration issues/bugs from investigation to fix and post-implementation monitoring
Requirements include:
- Previous experience developing integration solutions
- Workday integration certification
- Experience developing integrations in environments/platforms such as Workday Studio Integrations, Azure/AWS Cloud Platforms, and other 3rd Party integration platforms
- A strong foundation in technical facets of integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
