Senior Data Science Leadership Role

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge data science capabilities across our R&D department. This critical role requires a seasoned leader to guide strategic decision-making, mentor a team of data scientists, and drive key cross-functional initiatives that enhance our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and Lead Cross-Functional Community: Foster a technical guild within R&D, providing guidance and support to data scientists as they grow professionally.
  • Drive AI-Enabled Features: Develop and implement innovative features across medical products and services, leveraging AI technologies to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to Good Machine Learning Practices (GMLP) and relevant AI regulations in a regulated medical device environment.
  • Shape Data Science Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive data science strategy aligned with product and research innovation roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external partners to build shared data lake infrastructures for research and product use.
