Job Description

Embark on a journey to shape the future of data science as the Talent & People Experience Manager. Collaborate with senior leaders to advance our key Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent strategy across the Group.

The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) drives an integrated approach to data, analytics, and data science capability, enabling business partners to unlock value from their data.

This newly created role supports strategic initiatives across high-profile AI business areas, including the Data Science Practice and broader Decision Science. You will deliver an engaging people experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to promotions and talent development, to build the AI talent of the future.

You will contribute to creating and delivering people and talent strategies across AI business areas, collaborating closely with AI domain and Data, Analytics, Data Science Practice leadership teams.

We're interested in hearing from individuals with expertise in Organisation Development, project management, coaching, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, organisational psychology, employee experience, and AI or data science backgrounds.

  • Develop and execute people and talent strategies across AI business areas
  • Collaborate with AI domain and Data, Analytics, Data Science Practice leadership teams
  • Promote exceptional people experiences such as intern and graduate programs, job architecture, progression program, centralised recruitment strategy, strategic workforce planning
