Store Performance Manager

As a seasoned retail professional, you have the unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.
- Maintain inventory integrity - minimize stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts
- Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment
- Increase sales and maximize profitability of the store
- Develop and train your sales team
About You:
- Solutions oriented
- Experienced in managing or supervising a fast-paced, luxury or premium customer service-focused business
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Earnest embodiment of the ethos of our brand
- Positive and engaging nature - culture is key
- Familiar with standard retail KPIs
