Role OverviewThe Senior Educator role is a key position within our team, responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality educational programs and ensuring a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Ability to support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
