The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Cairns. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that meet the needs of all children. You will also collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
About the Position
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. The successful applicant will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will also need to hold a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
