Salary: As an Early Childhood Educator or Senior Educator at Goodstart, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $66,000 to $75,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Job Description: We're seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators or Senior Educators to join our team in the Cairns region. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality educational programs and provide a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to support the delivery of high-quality education programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Educator) or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (Senior Educator)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
