Job Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a team of Centre Managers to excel in quality care, development, and education of children while achieving operational business objectives.


As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching, and support to your team to drive engagement, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and ensure maximization of occupancy and revenue.


The successful candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience preferably within the early childhood sector, with multisite or multichannel leadership experience being highly desirable.


Key requirements include employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to lead through innovation and transformation. A passion for early years care, development, and education is essential.


Core Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Centre Managers to achieve quality care, development, and education of children.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and support to drive team engagement and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensure maximization of occupancy and revenue through local area marketing, enrolments, and value-added services.
  • Manage area full team ratio, considering required qualifications for positions.
  • Conduct regular centre visits with clear agendas and desired outcomes.
  • Complete administrative tasks as requested by manager.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and training courses as appropriate.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferably within the early childhood sector.
  • Multisite or multichannel leadership experience highly desirable.
  • Employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to lead through innovation and transformation.
  • Passion for early years care, development, and education.
