Regional Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced leader to join our regional team delivering vocational education and training (VET) services, funded programs, and employment initiatives across the region.
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can bring a proactive, hands-on approach to team and project management, as well as strong knowledge of the VET system, Apprenticeships & Traineeships, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be able to analyse complex problems and develop practical, evidence-based solutions, while maintaining high ethical standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing regional team delivering VET services, funded programs, and employment initiatives.
- Build and maintain partnerships across government, community, education providers, and industry stakeholders.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
Essential Requirements:
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
- A Working with Children Check is an essential requirement for this role.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
