About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the return to work of injured workers, negotiating beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders, and empowering individuals towards workplace independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of injured workers to identify rehabilitation needs and develop effective return-to-work plans.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide expert guidance and support to help injured workers overcome physical and psychological barriers to return to work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employers to ensure successful outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Eligibility for Provisional Psychologist registration or ASORC Membership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
