We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Fuel Sales Associate to join our team at Mornington East store. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Promote fuel and convenience products, highlighting special offers and deals to drive sales growth.
- Operate the point of sale system, accurately processing transactions and managing stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
