Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fuel Team Associate to join our frontline team at one of our stores in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and offers, operating point of sale systems, monitoring fuel and stock deliveries, and maintaining a safe working environment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Promote fuel and retail products through engaging with customers and utilizing promotional materials
  • Operate point of sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
  • Monitor fuel and stock deliveries to ensure timely receipt and storage
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure premium presentation

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
