Fuel Operations Specialist

The primary role of the Fuel Operations Specialist is to ensure seamless fueling operations at our service stations. This involves installing, maintaining and repairing fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, service station site controllers and other equipment found in convenience gas stations.
- Work safely and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Install, calibrate and test fuel dispenser and associated equipment to meet industry standards
- Program and service point of sale systems for convenience stores to optimize sales performance
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain fuel dispenser and associated equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and annual certification of fuel station equipment to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prior experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent
- A valid driver's license to facilitate on-site work
- An HS Diploma or Equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of safety practices and procedures is essential
- Fluency in English language reading, writing, speaking and understanding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and customers
- Customer service orientation to deliver exceptional service
