We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our product management strategy, focusing on governance and disclosure. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our product suite adheres to all relevant legislation, with a strong emphasis on Design and Distribution Obligations.
  • Owning relevant Product governance and risks, as well as effective management of governance documentation and risks.
  • Leading the maintenance and update of our suite of product disclosure documents and associated member communications.
  • Managing timelines, resources, cross-functional teams, and leading change management to ensure successful implementation of Product initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum five years' demonstrated experience in a similar role or directly related and relevant role in the financial services industry.
  • At least three years' demonstrated experience in people leadership roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, marketing, business, or commerce disciplines. Qualifications in project management preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
