The role of Associate Brand Manager, Consumer Health is a strategic position that oversees the development and execution of marketing initiatives for consumer health products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and prepare promotional activities, including the creation of internal and external communications materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and reviewing promotional materials for the product portfolio in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with global teams to localise assets and campaigns, as well as generating local-specific materials.
  • Building technical expertise and creating sales tools in alignment with global and regional marketing expectations.
  • Executing tactical plans and communicating them to sales staff through meetings, departmental briefings and written/verbal communication.
  • Supporting the development and execution of customer surveys and market research to identify industry trends and inform the creation of promotional materials.
  • Managing media plans, including liaising with agencies or publications to secure advertisements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce or Science.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing coordinator/assistant roles within consumer health/pharmaceutical/medical device regulated environments.
  • Experience in both direct-to-consumer and healthcare professional marketing.
  • Prior experience in product launches.
