About the Role
UGL is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Structural, Mechanical and Piping Supervisor to oversee the structural, mechanical, and piping aspects of a brownfields construction project in Northern Territory.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, meeting quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for SMP activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect SMP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all SMP activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.
Team Leadership: Directly manage and lead a team of SMP tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of SMP activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation.
Estimate Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
