About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to support our Independent sales function across the Independent and Emerging Channels portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the National Business Manager to build long-term strategic relationships with customers, aligned to our sales and marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include delivering sales targets, trade spend, and budgets, as well as identifying and developing new sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic objectives, including sales targets, trade spend, and budgets
  • Responsible for the success and growth of a specified portfolio of Customer Accounts
  • Identify and develop new sales channels
  • Responsible for updating key reporting documents and tools within the team
About You
  • Desire for a career in FMCG sales
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales/marketing role
  • Negotiation experience
  • Presentation experience, ability to craft a story using data
  • Strong attention to detail, organised, adaptable, resilient, fast learner
  • Strong communication skills & confidence to relate with other people of different abilities and experience levels both internally & externally
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a wider team
