Aviation Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

Established airline seeks a skilled Aviation Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Perth.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced maintenance professional to work with our 737 Virgin Mainline fleet. As an Aviation Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance activities under the supervision of a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME). Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance activities in accordance with company exposition and procedures.
  • Notify LAME of any significant defects found during maintenance activities and tooling requirements.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in accordance with relevant manuals, company procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance and Heavy Maintenance activity.
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent.
  • Understanding of aircraft flight operations, flight safety, and airworthiness considerations.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Proactive commitment to safe work practices.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
