We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract development, negotiation, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support on contract-related matters.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
