Job Title: Contract Manager

RATP Dev is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Commercial and Finance team, you will be responsible for the commercial and contract management of our operations and maintenance contract in a Public Private Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Commercial Director in ensuring compliance with Commercial, Divisional, and Group governance
  • Support the implementation and deployment of a project contract management framework
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers and subcontractors
  • Manage project reporting to facilitate effective risk management and successful project delivery
  • Challenge financial controls on variation and contractual claims
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial and contract administration in major infrastructure projects
  • Understanding of Public Private Partnerships is an advantage
  • Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in project contract administration, costing, and project management
