About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Site/Project Engineer to join our team. As a Site/Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of major VicRoads and MRPV projects across Victoria.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional who can lead our project teams in delivering high-profile road projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating project activities to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to meet project requirements;
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and staff to ensure effective project execution;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project objectives are met;

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience delivering VicRoads or MRPV road projects (essential);
  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience on road projects in Victoria;
  • Quality assurance experience (desirable);
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
