About the Role

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership. You will also need to be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. In addition, you will need to have a solid understanding of workplace culture and experience in designing and implementing initiatives that promote inclusivity, diversity, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead programs that fuel engagement, celebrate diversity, and create genuine connection.
- Serve as the vital link between employees and leadership, shaping a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and driven to excel.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to deliver an inclusive onboarding experience and drive diversity, equality, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop and execute year-round activities, events, and recognition programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and social connection.
- Measure the success of initiatives through feedback and metrics, using insights to continuously improve the workplace experience.
