Standards and Training Manager

The role of the Standards and Training Manager is to define, maintain and assure operational standards by which staff are trained and supported to perform their roles effectively and safely.

This involves managing the national Standards and Training program for a leading provider of air services and inflight catering. The core areas of focus include but are not limited to; Standards & Documentation; Training Design & Delivery; Business Support & Guidance; Quality Assurance & Reporting; Systems Support; and Building Career Pathways & Development.

  • Work alongside the National Corporate Standards and Training team to improve the way training, competency assessment and records management are performed, set to both company and global standards.
  • Influence airline customers to streamline training requirements and ensure regular review and optimisation of current training systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including HSE, Food Safety, WFP and P&C teams to ensure compliance goals are met and continuous improvement is prioritised.
