About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee our facilities ensuring they are safe, clean and well-maintained for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cary out general repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting) and maintain gardens and common areas to a high standard.
  • Oversee cleaning and upkeep of shared facilities (kitchens, BBQs, laundries).
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance and manage spare parts.
  • Support inspections and liaise with contractors when required.
About You

To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • A safety-first mindset and understanding of basic OH&S principles and chemical handling.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality/property management sector.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
