- Drive process improvements and mentor a dynamic team of inspectors and cadets.
- Leading and mentoring a team of inspectors and cadets to deliver high-quality building services.
- Driving process improvements and modernizing workflows across the Building Services team.
- Conducting commercial audits, essential safety measures inspections, and cladding compliance checks.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on complex building compliance matters.
- Ensuring legislative compliance and excellence in service delivery.
- Registration as a Building Surveyor.
- Proven experience in plan checking and mandatory inspections for residential and commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018, and associated legislation.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and make sound, informed decisions.
