
Building Compliance Specialist

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality building services, driving excellence in compliance and regulatory matters.
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to deliver exceptional building services, ensuring legislative compliance and excellence in service delivery.
- Driving process improvements across the Building Services team, modernising workflows and streamlining operations.
- Conducting audits and inspections, including commercial audits, essential safety measures inspections, and cladding compliance checks.
- Providing expert advice on complex building compliance matters, leveraging strong knowledge of the Building Act 1993 and associated legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Building Surveyor.
- Proven experience in plan checking and mandatory inspections for residential and commercial buildings.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex customer interactions and build strong relationships.
