Project Manager Opportunity for Industrial and Infrastructure Projects

RM Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-profile industrial and infrastructure projects across Victoria.

This role offers the chance to oversee large-scale, complex fit-outs while also managing diverse works including treatment plant upgrades, showroom developments, and power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-value industrial and commercial projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, and reporting for multiple concurrent works
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards throughout all phases of delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and represent the company on high-profile projects

Requirements:

  • Experience managing industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale fit-out projects
  • Background in Electrical or Construction Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance
  • Technical understanding of treatment plants, electrical power systems, or showroom fit-outs (desirable)
  • Ability to balance project demands with client expectations in fast-paced environments
