Project Leader
Leverage your experience in delivering high-value industrial projects to excel as a key member of our team. This opportunity is part of a dynamic, quality-driven approach characteristic of leading industrial property firms.

About the Role:

As Project Manager you will take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery from inception through commissioning.

You will plan, coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and contractors. Additionally, you will oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance and risk mitigation.

You must ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental standards and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders (clients, authorities, subcontractors).

Furthermore, you will report regularly on project progress, budget performance and milestone achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking full accountability for end-to-end project delivery from inception through commissioning
  • Planning, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and contractors
  • Oversight of scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance and risk mitigation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental standards
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders (clients, authorities, subcontractors)
  • Reporting regularly on project progress, budget performance and milestone achievements

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria
  • Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10–25 million range
  • Proficiency in project controls, contract administration and quality frameworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or equivalent
