Regional Customer Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill this key position in our organisation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer relationships across QLD, Northern NSW, and the Mid North Coast, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service.
About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to lead, coach and develop teams, build and manage meaningful customer relationships, and drive commercial outcomes.

  • Lead and manage the QLD Training team, supporting Customer Service and Technical teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, focusing on growth, retention and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to achieve regional sales and profitability targets.
  • Support the implementation of national brand and marketing campaigns at a regional level.
  • Shape and execute regional commercial strategies, budgets and growth plans in line with national goals.

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane with regular travel across the region.

  • Experience in sales and customer management.
