Senior Product Experience Specialist

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of payment experiences for various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and lead projects focusing on dashboard experience to deliver business value.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback and inform design decisions to drive product development.
- Create prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts, refining designs based on user feedback.
- Apply inclusive design principles to create accessible products and services for diverse user groups.
- Contribute to and evolve the digital product ecosystem, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all digital assets.
- Communicate design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders, providing user-centric support for design decisions.
- Coach junior team members, guiding them on best practices and skills advancement.
- Proven senior-level experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer with strong design process knowledge.
- Experience within finance or service industries, with excellent understanding of user needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply agile methodologies, using relevant tools and techniques.
- Strong visual design and user interaction skills, with experience in digitising complex experiences.
